The following TERMS OF BUSINESS apply to all orders.
General Information
Our offers are without engagement.
We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons and to supply a part of the order.
We make efforts to give you a realistic impression of our articles by means of big photos and item descriptions.
However, due to different screen calibration, there may be minor differences in colours.
Besides, a lot of our items are hand-made and consequently there are variations.
The items shown and sold at smallDREAMS are collectable miniautures which are not suitable for children under 12 years.
Prices
Our Prices are generally for 1 piece, even if the photo shows more items.
The price is only for several pieces if explicitly stated in the description of the item.
Our prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs are stated seperately (see Payment & Delivery) and are to be paid additionally.
Duties and Taxes are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Acc. to UStG §19 (1) no VAT is charged.
Payment
Payment has to be made in advance within 7 from the date of your order by money transfer to my bank account or via PayPal.
(Exceptions are possible. However, only after agreement and with our written confirmation.)
If it is impossible to supply an item that had been paid in advance, the price paid will of course be reimbursed.
Delivery
The delay of delivery stated by smallDREAMS is alway without engagement.

Guarantee
We respect the relevant legal guarantee periods.
Right of Return (for Germany see German version)
You can return an item withtin a period of 14 days starting on receipt of the item.
Of course it must be in good condition, unused and with the original packing.
The shipping costs have to be paid by the buyer and can not be reimbursed.
Reservation of Propriatary Rights
We stay the owner of the delivered goods until complete payment of the urchase price including shipping costs has been made.
Data Protection
The data of your registration are electronically recorded and treated confidentially.
You can check and change your personal data after logging in to the site www.small-dreams.de in the section My Account.
